Unbeatable location very close to the main centre of the old town, the beach, port and tons of restaurants and shops and the ferry terminal, everything perfect. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms overall with balcony as well as a patio. Friendly staff and terrific service.
Couldn't find tv.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in the heart of the historical center. The owner, Mirko, was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat at. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including air conditioning and WiFi. The best part was the amazing shower, the best we had during our entire trip in Croatia. The location was perfect, right next to the bell tower and close to the ferry port and bus station. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Diocletian Apartments & Rooms.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with beautiful antique furniture and charming details that made me feel like I was in a cozy grandma's house. The general areas were also well-maintained and clean, allowing for easy navigation even for senior people like me. I especially appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with ramps and handrails in place to help with mobility.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to offer more assistance when needed. Sometimes, I wished they could be more attentive and proactive in helping me with my bags or providing information without me having to ask.

The location of the apartment was excellent, just a 5-minute walk into the bustling town center. It was also conveniently situated near a square behind the Tourist Information building, making it easy to navigate to most places of interest. Additionally, the apartment was close to several supermarkets, although some of them left rubbish skips nearby.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay in Split. Just a short 5-minute walk and I was right in the heart of all the action. The nearby club added to the energetic atmosphere and made for an exciting nightlife experience. The air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver in the hot summer weather. The fact that the apartment provided bed linen and towels was a nice touch, saving me from having to bring my own. And the reliable wifi allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. I had a pleasant experience at Diocletian Apartments & Rooms.
Although the studio apartment was small, it had all the basic necessities I needed for my stay. The kitchen being located just behind the door was a bit cramped, but it served its purpose.
